A Tiffany & Co Winter

Brightening up a rainy day wherever you are.

The iconic Tiffany Blue. We all know it and I’m sure that we all have some memory associated with the little blue box – whether that’s just from viewing their iconic imagery and visuals, to perhaps even being surprised with a box yourself. My first encounter with Tiffany & Co. probably started with Legally Blonde and my obsession with Elle Woods. Sounds a bit odd, right? But the chain heart necklace that she wears throughout the movie became an embodiment of chasing my dreams and fulfilling my aspirations. (Who didn’t want to be Elle Woods?) Then later on, I came to know the brand for its iconic engagement rings and most especially, I was captivated by its Holiday advertisements and how it made us feel a sense of warmth during the cold winter months.

Tiffany & Co. was established in New York City in 1837, where the winters truly are extremely cold and rainy. But beyond that rain, Tiffany manages to create a feel of glamour, elegance and style. It makes us want to dance in the rain and cuddle up to loved ones on a romantic walk through the city in the freezing cold. These moments feel so dear to us because what truly makes us happy are those deep feelings that we share with those nearest to us. For many, the holiday season especially generates such joy as it is cherishes these simple traditions such as sitting down and eating tea together with the whole family, things that bring loved ones together to create memories.

What I love about Tiffany & Co is that focus on these real relationships we create, from family to lovers. Receiving a blue box ignites that joy inside that we feel when we spend precious time with family and friends. The designs are simplistic and graceful, items that you treasure for a long time.
