The Christmas trimmings have been taken off the fireplace, stored in boxes and put away in the loft til’ next year.
Christmas seems to have come and gone in a flash. The Christmas trimmings have been taken off the fireplace, stored in boxes and put away in the loft til’ next year. So in a way, writing this post now, just 2 days after December already feels irrelevant. But as the cold weather has begun to set in and the festive cheer has died away, looking over this footage that I captured over Christmas kept that feeling of warmth inside me glowing.
This Christmas was really a special one as it was the first I spent with my 1 year old niece who genuinely is such a bundle of joy. She teaches me unconditional love and curiosity and is just such a pleasure to be around. You’ll see a lot of her in this footage and I hope it makes you smile as much as it makes me!
I’m enjoying the last days left of my time at home and am desperately trying to savour all the moments here before I leave. It never seems like enough time, but I’m raring to get back into working, learning and am excited for this next term at University. I started today with a lovely full body massage that I daresay was much needed and tonight I’m looking forward to making a meal with the whole family. Hope you’ve all started your January on a good note. I have some really exciting content coming this month so make sure you’re following on Bloglovin’ to keep updated!
